Client Information

Client acknowledges that the quality of information provided by Client will determine the results of Company services. Client acknowledges that Company services are dependent on information provided by the Client. Client agrees to provide the information required by the Company. Additionally, Company may collect additional information about Client including, but not limited to, known usernames, screennames and addresses. Client represents and warrants that all Client information provided in connection with Company Services is correct and accurate to the best of Client’s knowledge. Client authorizes Company to use Client information to search the Internet using any and all tools available. Client authorizes Company to use the information provided to create and publish web content. Client grants to Company the express right to publish any or all of the content provided by Client on any websites that Company deems to fit the purposes of the Company service. Client authorizes Company to modify any content as Company determines may be necessary to provide the service. Client warrants that Company has the right to distribute the content provided and indemnifies Company against any damages arising from the use of the content provided by Client, whether due to copyright infringement or other reason. Client authorizes Company to act on Client’s behalf in creating accounts on other sites in Client’s name. In addition to all general releases contained elsewhere on this website, Client specifically releases and holds Company harmless for all damages caused as a result of Company services, including any damages resulting from publication of the Client provided content or disclosure of Client’s relationship with Company, or any other cause. Company does not represent itself to be the Client’s attorney and cannot dispense legal advice; no Agreement or Company Services shall create any attorney-client relationship or legal representation.
