Company acknowledges that the “Best Efforts” stated goal is the alteration of defined complaints itemized in writing and the alteration, suppression, removal or reduction of these complaints from the first page of the Google search engine. These services may or may not affect complaint rankings on other search engines unless the Company stated services specify complaint removal from other defined specific search engine platforms. The Company provides its services on a “Best Efforts” basis and does not guarantee or warrant that it will be successful in finding or communicating to Client every example or all examples of Internet content about the Customer or the Named Party that is designated as the subject of the searches to be undertaken by the Company. Company cannot guarantee or warrant that it will be successful in effecting suppression, removal or alteration, if such services are performed, on any Internet content about the Customer or the Named Party designated as the subject of the searches to be undertaken by the Company. The Company does not guarantee the Service will be operable at all times or during any down time caused by outages to any public Internet backbones, networks or servers; caused by any failures of Client equipment, systems or local access services; or scheduled maintenance or events beyond Company control. These events include but are not limited to strikes, riots, insurrection, fires, floods, explosions, war, governmental action, labor conditions, earthquakes, natural disasters, or interruptions in Internet services to an area where Company servers are located or co-located. Complete accuracy in all aspects of Client reports is not guaranteed. Company shall be excused from performance to the extent that performance is prevented, delayed or obstructed by causes beyond Company’s reasonable control. Company services depend heavily on privacy law in the United States, the various States and Territories, and other jurisdictions. The law can and will change in the future and such changes are outside the control of Company. Legal changes, including but not limited to legislation or judicial interpretation, may render it more difficult or impossible for the Company to perform the services offered.
