Refund Policy

Client shall be entitled to a 100% refund in the event that no positive documented movement in ranking for the keywords, names or terms agreed to in writing are delivered within the timeline agreed to in writing.

All Company services are provided on a Best Efforts basis. Client acknowledges that actual results for Company services vary and are not guaranteed. Client shall NOT be permitted a refund for unsubstantiated or erroneous claims relating to Company services. Client acknowledges that Company is an Internet-based business. The Company may use third party payment processing for credit card payments. These services may be provided by authorize.net or other service providers. When third party payment processor services are used, the Company does not take physical possession of Client's credit card information. The Customer acknowledges that in the event that a dispute arises relating to the payment of Company services, such dispute shall be addressed through the appropriate third party processing service.
